President
Ravi is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Madras with a Post Graduation in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He has a rich work experience of over 25 years in corporate sector such as IT, Financial Services, Telecom, ISP, ITES, and Oil & Gas covering Strategic Planning, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Operations, Administration and Senior Management.
Ravi has worked with executives, individuals, teams, and companies to achieve sustained and accountable success. As a hands-on person and a no-nonsense executive, he has travelled extensively within India and undertaken business trips to countries such as Australia, Dubai, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand and USA.
His areas of expertise include Corporate Finance, Information Technology, Manufacturing Optimization, Sales & Distribution and Strategic Marketing.
Pramod Grama
IT Consultant
Pramod is an Information Technology consultant, with over 25 years of experience, consulting with medium to large enterprises in India, U.S and Scandinavia. He has an Engineering Degree from IIT Madras, with a Post Graduation in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
After working in I.T services companies Wipro and TCS, Pramod turned an entrepreneur and co-founded a I.T services company. He headed Delivery and Account management in the company for 20 years, till it was acquired by a Nordic company.
Pramod has helped several medium to large enterprises in Retail, Healthcare and Financial services domains, to transform their I.T and leverage it to improve their profitability and business growth. The focus has been on re-engineering and modernising I.T systems and Applications and using it to transform the businesses.
Amitabh Pendse
Strategic Sourcing Consultant
Amitabh is a senior procurement & supply chain management professional and having over 25 years of domain experience with large Oil & Gas, IT & ITeS and Telecom MNCs in India (with a brief stint in Vietnam).
He has an Engineering degree from MIT Pune with a post- graduation in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and also a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM ®) from Institute of Supply Management, USA.
After having worked in companies such as Essar Oil Ltd, BPL Mobile, Hewlett & Packard (HP) and Nortel Networks, he moved on to develop and head the procurement function as well as supply chain operations for Vodafone’s nascent Business Services division on a pan India basis.
His expertise in procurement & supply chain management can help our clients implement solutions for Supply Chain Risk Assessment & Mitigation Strategies, Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Development, Contract Audit & Governance and Logistics & Warehousing Management.
